The Board of Directors of the Association of Parents of Students of the Shanghai French School invites the LFS families to participate in the Ordinary General Assembly of Active Members, which will take place on Saturday, March 30, at 9:15am at Shanghai French School, Yangpu campus. We hope to welcome many of you for this very important annual meeting in the life of our school.

As a member of the association, you will vote for approving, at the Ordinary General Assembly, the minute of the former GA, the accounts closed on December 31, 2023, the 2024 budget, as well as choosing the parents that will represent you on the Board.
If you wish to join the Board of Directors, you are invited to submit your application and present yourself for election. We would like to inform you that the six members whose term of office expires at the General Assembly, Marie de BONI, Secretary, Sébastien CORRE, Vice-Chairman, Stéphane PICHON, Treasurer, Nicolas OLLIVIER, Marco VINCIGUERRA and Jérôme VANACHTER, are standing for re-election.

– Send your candidature to the Board by email at conseil.administration@lyceeshanghai.com : Wednesday, March 20 at the latest;
– Written questions placed on the agenda: Saturday, March 23 at the latest;

BEWARE: In order to facilitate the management of proxies, all proxies must be sent online (https://jinshuju.net/f/JiWu1p) before the deadline. No more proxies will be accepted after March 29 at noon. You will note that there is no longer a paper version of the proxies.
You are not French speaker ? This meeting is also yours. All our presentation media will be in English and a simultaneous translation in English language will be provided all along the GA.
A General Assembly on Yangpu campus : The general assembly will be an opportunity for families who are not yet familiar with the campus to visit, and also to see the swimming pool, the construction of which is nearing completion.
