The Board of the Parents’ Association of Shanghai French School invites LFS families to participate in the Ordinary General Assembly of active members, which will take place on Saturday, March 30th at 9:15 am on our Yangpu campus. Please reserve this date and come in large numbers! If you cannot attend, you can also be represented by proxy.
As a parent, you are a member of the LFS Parents’ Association. The General Assembly is an important moment in the life of our school. You will be asked to vote to approve the minutes of the previous General Assembly, the accounts closed on December 31, 2023, the 2024 budget, and also to elect the parents who will represent you on the Board of Directors.
This process is at the heart of the values and governance of our institution since its foundation and allows each parent to actively participate in the life and major issues of the school.
All information and documents related to the General Assembly will be sent to you by email at the end of next week.
We would like to remind you that the members of the Board of Shanghai French School of Shanghai also have the pleasure of inviting you to a friendly meeting on Friday, March 8th at 7:00 pm for a dinner buffet. A message has been previously sent to you with all the details and the registration link. This meeting will allow you to ask your questions to the board members over dinner prior to the General Assembly.
