The SAT, Suite of Assessments, is a test including three disciplines which enables students of Grades 11 and 12 to join American universities and business schools abroad more easily. It also strengthens applications for the United Kingdom.
Managed by the non-lucrative American organisation College Boardfounded in 1990, the SAT is used as a springboard for students to access higher education abroad. Currently in paper version, the SAT contains three exams assessing candidates’ general skills in three topics: writing, comprehension, and mathematics.
Since 2016, the LFS has been a certified exam centre for this test and organises three sessions a year, for students in Grades 11 and 12. The average score of our students is 1400, an incredible result for students who often do not have English as their first language!
The first session of this year took place on October 1 for three of our students in Grade 12.
