By developing strong partnerships with the LFS, our partner companies get involved in the creation of a unique environment for studying and living, which founds the relationship of trust between our school and the families. This is the case with Saint-Gobain, which has renewed its partnership with Shanghai French School for three years.
On Thursday, June 24, David Péchoux, Executive Director of the school, and Javier Gimeno, Saint-Gobain Group Senior Vice President and CEO for Asia-Pacific region, renewed this partnership during a ceremony at the Saint-Gobain premises.
This partnership includes a three years financial support for the development of Yangpu campus and a strong investment in the guidance of our students with the organisation of company visits, observation internships and participation in course guidance interviews as well as the Shanghai French School Careers Day.
Throughout the year, companies invest in our school by supporting our development projects, by encouraging our students in their educational and professional guidance, and by sponsoring the key events of the year which bring us together.
Today, six institutional partners are joining Shanghai French School: Carrefour, Groupe Renault, L’Oréal, Michelin, Saint-Gobain and Sanofi.
By signing a partnership agreement with Shanghai French School, companies:
> Support a community united around a shared vision of education.
> Contribute to the sustainability of a quality educational offer for an excellent price/quality ratio, in a stimulating learning environment comparable to other international schools in Shanghai.
> Send a strong signal of a company mobilising means and resources at the service of a priority cause: the education of our children.
