At the start of the week, the students of the Yangpu campus shared a moment of conviviality around the king cake. Pastry by our Chef, Juan Manuel Casado, this delicious cake with flavors of apples, grapes and cinnamon has made happy queens and kings for a day.
Next week, the students of the Qingpu campus will also be able to celebrate this French tradition, this time discovering the brioche des rois, a specialty from the south of France.
