Created in 1988 by the World Health Organization (WHO) and endorsed by the United Nations General Assembly, the World AIDS Day is held on December the 1st each year.
It is the occasion for a global mobilization against HIV / AIDS, where information, prevention and awareness actions are carried out. Today, more than 36 million people are living with HIV around the world. This day is also the day of remembrance in honor of those who died from the disease.
At Shanghai French School, students and teachers from the two campuses are all mobilized this Tuesday, to participate in various workshops, led by our nurses, teachers and the deans of students.
